These workshops are intended as an introduction to the various aspects of sound and tone perception using Tibetan singing bowls, tingsha’s and Chinese gongs.

A number of techniques and uses will be extensively dealt with and taught at each workshop, so that every participant is capable of executing a complete sound massage.

To determine and experience the difference in quality between the aspects and implementation, you will change partners for every new item and explain what was pleasant and what was not.

The participants are requested to wear clean, comfortable clothing and to bring a notepad.

Workshop I

Basic techniques, manual skills and applicability of 1 singing bowl and tingsha’s.

Workshop II

Advanced techniques, manual skills and applicability of 3 singing bowls, tingsha’s and Chinese gongs.

Workshop III

Manual- and listening skills, therapeutic application of 3 singing bowls, tingsha’s and Chinese gong, Ethereal field treatment.
