实验室负责人简介

宋任涛,博士,教授,最安全的网上投注平台(中国)有限公司兼职教授,学科带头人,博士生导师。国家杰出青年基金获得者。主要从事以玉米为模式的植物分子遗传学研究。曾获2004年美国农业部杰出成就集体奖;2004年度上海市曙光学者2005年度上海市青年科技启明星;2005年度上海市浦江人才2006年度教育部新世纪优秀人才。共发表SCI论文40余篇,SCI引用2200余次。

团队成员

朱晨光,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事玉米产量相关突变体基因的生物学功能研究及能源与环境微生物基因工程研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科委自然科学基金项目和上海市教委优青项目等。已在国际期刊发表SCI收录论文近20篇。

祁巍巍,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事玉米籽粒发育与粒重调控相关机制研究及玉米转基因技术创新与研发。主持国家自然基金青年项目、科技部重点研发计划子课题参与项目和上海市科委自然基金项目。已在国际期刊发表SCI收录论文16篇。

主要研究领域

1、玉米籽粒发育调控机制研究及种质资源开发

      以玉米发育缺陷(defective kernel)突变体为研究材料,进行突变基因的定位和功能机制解析,全面阐释影响籽粒发育的关键生物学过程。

2、玉米蛋白品质调控网络研究及种质资源开发

      以玉米粉质胚乳(opaque)突变体为研究材料,进行突变基因的定位和功能机制解析,建立胚乳蛋白品质的全面调控网络。

3、玉米转基因生物技术的创新与研发

      以本课题组成熟的玉米遗传转化和CRISPR/Cas9基因敲除实验平台为基础,进行玉米转基因产品的研发和技术的创新。
