黄俊逸，男，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。先后主持与参与上海市教委、国家自然科学基金、光明乳业、南京雨润和爱启药业等多家单位的纵向和企业横向合作项目10多项；参编著作2部；申请发明专利10项，其中授权1项；科研成果90多项，其中在Food Biophysics, Electrochemistry Communications, Insect Molecular Biology, Analytical Sciences 和Analytical Chemistry等期刊上发表SCI(E)/EI检索论文40篇；中文核心期刊论文41篇；目前已开发出富硒蚕蛹、氨基酸口服液、桑菊片剂以及香椿白酒等产品多项。
