颜廷东，男，公司特聘教授，东方学者特聘教授（2019），上海市海外引智计划（青年优秀）（2020）。2007年于中国协和医科大学获硕士学位，2010年于厦门大学获博士学位。2011-2020年在新加坡国立大学等科研机构进行博士后研究工作。2020年起在最安全的网上投注平台(中国)有限公司以独立PI开展研究工作。担任Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology, Frontiers in Nutrition, Journal of Ageing Research等国际学术期刊编委。Ageing (US), Aging and Disease, Evid Based Complement Alternat Med等期刊审稿人。近年来在Nature Communications, Nature Cell Biology, Cancer Research等重要学术期刊发表SCI论文二十余篇。承担和参与多项国家级和上海市研究课题。

主要研究领域:
本实验室主要致力于肿瘤和衰老等疾病的生物学机制研究及其靶点药物的开发。研究领域包括肿瘤和干细胞中端粒酶的调控机制，肿瘤和炎症特别是与NF-κB等信号通路的关系，肿瘤和衰老过程中核受体的作用机制等方面研究。运用单细胞测序，ChIP-seq，RNA-seq等生信分析结合分子细胞生物学技术，CRISPR-Cas9 筛选平台，小鼠疾病模型，深入探索肿瘤和衰老的分子机制，并以此为靶点开展靶向药物筛选和研发，为肿瘤和衰老等疾病提供新的干预和治疗策略。
