张娟 女,教授,博士生导师。2018年入选上海市浦江人才计划。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和上海市重点科技攻关等项目10余项。担任《Molecules》杂志编委和上海市食品学会青年工作委员会委员。以第一作者或通讯作者在Analytical ChemistryBiosensors and Bioelectronics等国际权威杂志发表论文60篇。授权国家发明专利10余项。荣获中国(国际)传感器创新创业大赛等奖励。

基于生物传感的新方法研究。

1)鉴定了酶介导生物正交链接产物的结构,解析了分子识别的机理;

2)发展了酶介导生物正交链接的双识别策略;

3)实现了酶催化和生物正交链接介导的DNA自组装和探针聚集簇。
