高海燕，博士，教授，博士生导师，现担任中国食品学会果蔬加工分会理事、上海食品学会理事。主持科技部科技支撑计划项目子课题2项、十三五重大研发项目子课题1项、国家自然科学基金项目2项、上海市科委项目3项及企业横向课题2项。先后在Frontiers in Microbiology, Postharvest Biology and Technology和Journal of Food Science等专业期刊上发表论文70多篇，授权专利4项，制定国家标准1项、软件著作权1项。获得中国商业联合会科技进步二等奖、“公司优秀教师”称号、中国食品科学技术学会“优秀论文二等奖”和“科技创新奖”等奖项。
